Degree 9 Coffee and Roasting started in Jeon-ju, Korea as a coffee roasting and distribution company.
In August of 2013, Degree 9 established its first coffee shop in Korea
and opened two more branches by the end of that year.



With its first branch in Cebu, Degree 9 is eager to share its passion for coffee with you
. All beans are blended and roasted at the store to ensure freshness and quality.
Degree 9 offers a selection of delightful coffee and tea beverages
as well as pastries to complement your drinks.



The place isn’t crowded, really quiet and all I can hear were mumbled
chit chats from the people at the next table.

 The wall is white-tiled up to the ceiling where sleek white tables
and red chairs are lined up, then a bricked wall at one corner with comfy white seats
and green decors, wooden dividers at the middle aisle with black seats, ideal for seating two guests.

The cream puffs are wonderful. Really light and not that sweet.
Crunchy crust then it gets spongy soft on the inside until you reach the lightly tarty lemony cream
and it all melts away together inside your mouth. Yum!



Degree 9 Coffee’s Snowflakes, a Korean version of Halo-halo? hehe. It’s a bowl of ice
with lots of sugar in between the ice shavings topped with chunks of mango
and sweetened red bean and cherry. I love sweets but this ones too sweet for me.
It was like eating ice with refined sugar.
