The Performers.
 

All the waiters and cooks gathered in front and start do their performance.
You will be amazed that the performers can't just sing but can also dance 
without taking or having any microphone with them.
It was indeed very entertaining and enjoy the enjoyable vibe.

served the way our beloved Mama Chit would prepare it.

Assorted seafood and spinach cooked in a delicious coconut
sauce reduction then charcoal grilled in a bamboo branch.

Melt-in-your-mouth beef short ribs simmered with loads of garlic & black peppercorns.

A refreshing dessert mixture of preserved fruits, beans, jelly, tapioca pearls,
custard, purple yam, shaved ice and ice cream in a coconut shell
