Just great! I was in a rush to meet my friend Ems because she just arrived from Manila and just went here to Cebu to meet me and of course she's catching a ferry ride at the same day going back to our hometown late last night. So, of course I was in a hurry to cross the street and I forgot to read the signs. Too bad for me, I really felt like an idiot. The Police officer informed me that I have to attend a 4hours seminar about regulations or I could just pay the penalty fee for it. Of course, I would prefer to pay the penalty than attend the seminar. So guys, don't be like me. Read the street signs always whenever your in the street. =)

Anyways, meeting my friend makes me forgot about the incident. It was really nice talking to her again. We've been good friends way back and we haven't seen each other for soo long. We just met for a few hours so it was really kind of short, but she promised to visit me again and of course we have plans going to Panglao Island in Bohol. No definite date set yet but it would be an adventure for us, because we haven't been there. I've been to Bohol before but not in Panglao. So I'm crossing my fingers that it will happen. =)
