I only have 2 phone conversation schedule but I research on some IELTS VOCABULARY

My first student is Amy but she didn't answer my call. Maybe she was busy at that time. Then my next conversation was with Linda and we atlked about how to motivate oneself to do something but she said she doesn't need motivation because she always do her best when a task is given to her. I also asked her if she will be the Manager what is she going to do to motivate her employees to do their job well but she decided not to answer this because it's difficult for her to explain.
