ANGONO FOREST PARK

 

The Angono Forest Park is a 1.5 hectare of land under the management by Municipal Government of Angono teeming with high rising trees and shrubs which is perfect venue for camping and outdoor activities. The place is perfect for nature lovers especially for the artists and photo journalists.







 

AVILON MZP

Avilon Montalban Zoological Park is a 7 ½ - hectare zoological and botanical park located in Barangay San Isidro Rodriguez, Rizal. Started in 1992 owned and operated by Mr. Joaquin Gaw, as an offshoot of his habit as an exotic animal collectors, he decided to showoff to the public his collection and established the Avilon Zoo. The park in the 10 years of evolution became what it is today. Avilon MZP boost a collection of nearly 3,000 animals comprising 500 species including mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, fishes and even plants with particular emphasis on Philippine endemic species, a fact that Avilon MZP is proud of.














CALINAWAN , PAMITINAN AND MYSTICAL SYSTEMS

The Calinawan, Pamitinan and Mystical Caves are among the cave systems in Rizal Province together with other unnamed caves are significantly has a contribution in the Philippine history that once used as the stronghold of the Filipinos in the revolutions against Spanish, American, and Japanese occupations








 

DARAETAN RIVER AND TINIPAK NA BATO

Daraetan river is an award winning river for being the cleanest river in the Philippines. This is a favorite place for trekking of 4x4 enthusiasts and adventurers. The river is featured with rock formations made out of marble which naturally sculptured by nature to look like chiselled or blasted by machine. The area also featured with caverns and
underwater currents where one can paddle a small canoe to explore the place.









DARANAK AND BATLAG FALLS

Compliments with natural lanscape of wild plants and flowers, the cascading twin waterfalls, the Daranak and Batlag Falls are the favorite summer get-away for both local and foreign tourists, visual artists, photo enthusiasts and/or simply nature lovers. The falls are also favorite locations for shooting of local and foreign movies, television ads and programs especially fantaserye (fantasy series). Its location is just an hour and a half drive from Manila.




EARTH HAVEN

Earthhaven is a 20-hectare eco-community located in barangay Silangan, San Mateo, Rizal. Founded in 1994 by Mrs. Belen Rosario King. earthhaven offers a peaceful and safe haven for relaxation and reflection, as well as outdoor recreational activities not normally done to residents in the urban areas. It also offers programs on environmental learning that encourage social advocacy, integral health, and shared values that embrace moral, spiritual and cultural developments that truly 'discover a new adventure with nature'.





EASTRIDGE GOLF CLUB

An 18 hole world class, all weather, golf course spanning eighty hectares of rolling hills and mountain ridges, sorrounded by a lush tropical setting of ample greenery and exhilarating nature. Accessible via Antipolo City, Angono and Binangonan.
 




HINULUGANG TAKTAK

Hinulugang Taktak a popular summer gateway few years ago in Antipolo City espacially during maytime Festival where families, friends, and people from neighboring towns and the city of Manila gathered here to wade, swim and get wet to a cool clear mountain fresh waterfalls



JARDIN DE MIRAMAR

Jardin de Miramar is a beautiful green haven locate in Antipolo City. Its ambience overlooking mountain ranges, springs and waterfalls make this place a perfect, cool setting for all kinds of celebrations especially elegant wedding and/or simply just unwind for relaxation.





KAWAYAN FARM

The Kawayan Farm was established in 1980 by Mr. Domingo Alfonso in Halayhayin, Pililla, Rizal purposely for reforestation and prevention of soil erosion in the area. From then, Mr. Alfonso conduct extensive research about bamboo and he found out aside from raw material for nipa houses and furnitures other valuable products can be produced from bamboos. He also extended his knowledge especially in producing rootstock of bamboo to other bamboo producers and farmers.
