Armed with a voice and a keen sense of crafting a song,

Alfa Garcia is �쏿n artist who has a spectrum of colors in her palette,

a songwriter with a knack for tickling a mainstream ear��. A fun, energetic

live show features Alfa�셲 singular vocal style and a revolving door of instruments –

from guitar, to piano, to ukulele, to kazoo.

In 2013, Alfa�셲 album �쏻orld Go Blue��

entered the CMJ Top 200 National Charts and

the College Radio Charts Top 100. WGB was recorded

in Nashville and Los Angeles, under the helm of producers

Marc Lacuesta (Point of Grace, Francesca Battistelli) and Paul Wight.

Alfa toured her native

Philippines, playing 7 shows in 6 days, including

headlining at SM Mall of Asia with Ukulele Philippines,

being featured with the Philippines Department of Tourism at

Manila�셲 SMX Convention Center, and giving an on-air performance

on Magic 89.9�쾠 nationwide radio show, Boys Night Out.

In 2012, Music Connection

Magazine placed Alfa in their �쏷op 25 Music Critiques,��

comparing her style to songwriters Ingrid Michaelson and Sara Bareilles.

Born in the Philippines to a family of musicians,

Alfa got an early start in piano and violin, playing nationally

with the Children�셲 Orchestra Society of New York. Alfa�셲 music has

received honorable mention from the New York Songwriters Circle and won Grand

Prize at Kollaboration Acoustic 2009, a competition highlighting Asian-American talent.

After graduating from NYU and working

as a reporter, Alfa took up music fully, traveling

across the U.S. and beyond, steadily gaining fans along the way.

Apart from her singing career, Alfa is a

music instructor with specialty in early education

music. She teaches throughout the Los Angeles metro area.
