A festival of revelry where merry making and showcasing of Barili’s agricultural products takes center stage which give rise to the tow’s agricultural and economic development. 
 
Kaumahan Festival refers to a showcase revelry and merry making of the towns agriculturals products. The highlights of this festival is through dancing in the streets with the pounding beats of the drums with musical instruments, chanting all the way and thanksgiving to God for all the graces and blessings for a bountiful harvest. Another term of kaumahan is enchanting which means a small world. This festival falls on 25th of day July and located in Barili Cebu.
