TYMAD BISTRO
What is Tymad? Tymad means good house or
good restaurant. The word is actually from a
Celtic language that originated from Brittany
in France, where crepes came from. (source)
I regretted being in semi-pambahay clothes
when we went there because the place is like
a hotel restaurant inside!
This place however, Tymad Bistro conveniently
located at Paseo Saturnino, Banilad Cebu City
is an exception. It is one of the many restaurants
that I choose to visit over and over. They are
equipped with high-end customer service,
superior and classy ambiance and most
importantly the delectable and totally
appetizing food they served.
Cotes de Porc Persillade (Pork Chop)
Filet Mignon de Porc Au Poivre (Pork Loin)
They also have a delightful selection of desserts
that you really need to sample. Topping the list
would be Parfait au Chocolait, a gluey chocolate
treat with sweet sauce on the side.

Though not far behind is Nutty Chantilly, a thin
crepe served with Nutella spread, formed
like a star plus cream that provides an additional flavor.
