When I'm usually home, I watch television most of the time. My favorite channels are AXN, Cinemax, HBO, CS9, Hallmark, Cartoon Network, Channel V, Travel and Living, and local channels (ABS-CBN, Studio 23, and GMA). I really have lots of favorite tv series and to mention some, here are my top lists:

* Numbers - It follows FBI Special Agent Don Eppes and his mathematical genius brother, Charles Eppes, who helps Don solve crimes for the FBI.

* CSI New York -  new type of crime drama because the characters use cutting-edge forensic tools to examine the evidence to solve the case. Cases happened in New York.

* CSI Las Vegas - type of crime drama because the characters use cutting-edge forensic tools to examine the evidence to solve the case. Cases happened in Las Vegas.

* CSI Miami - type of crime drama because the characters use cutting-edge forensic tools to examine the evidence to solve the case. Cases happened in Miama

* Chuck- an action-comedy television program from the United States. The series is about an "average computer-whiz-next-door" who receives an encoded e-mail from an old college friend now working in the CIA; the message embeds the only remaining copy of the world's greatest spy secrets into Chuck's brain.

* Ben 10 cartoons - story of Benjamin Tennyson, a boy who is on vacation with his cousin Gwen Tennyson and his grandfather Max. At the start of their summer trip, Ben is almost hit by a strange alien device. He finds out that it's an Omnitrix, which is a watch-like alien device capable of transforming anyone who possesses it into 10 different alien species, each with their own respective power/ability. From here Ben faces the responsibility of using his powers to fight evil, though Ben is still young and not very mature.

* Scooby doo cartoons -  features a talking dog named Scooby-Doo and four twenty-five-year-olds: Freddie Jones, Daphne Blake, Velma Dinkley, and Norville "Shaggy". They solve mysteries by exposing seemingly otherworldly ghosts and monsters as flesh and blood crooks, with the young investigators discovering that criminal had used costumes, latex masks and special effects to frighten or deceive witnesses.

* Tyra Banks America's next top model- hosted by Tyra Banks who is a world known veteran model.  It is a reality television show in which a number of women compete for the title of America's Next Top Model and a chance to start their career in the modeling industry.

* Oprah- ) is a talk show, hosted and produced by its namesake Oprah Winfrey, and is the highest-rated talk show in American television history. It is currently the longest-running daytime television talk show in the United States. The show is highly influential , and many of its topics penetrate into American pop-cultural consciousness.

* Without a Trace - The episodes usually follows the search for one individual under tight time pressure. The stories also focus on the personal lives of the team members, and illustrate how their different experiences give them insight—and sometimes traumatic reactions—to certain cases.

Those are some of my favorite tv series. I like watching them because for me they are interesting, and I really like watching cases involving mystery. I don't know why, mabybe because during my high school days I was influenced by my sister to read pocketbooks and the first book she handed to me was a series of Nancy Drew Mystery Stories authored by Carolyn Keene.  It's the first book that I read which I also absolutely like. =)
