I called Farmat and she was actually eating lunch with a friend in a restaurant. I told her I could call her back at a later time so she could continue with her lunch. She told me, it's okay, and so we continue with our phone conversation. I find her friendly and wants to pursue learning english next year in Australia. Sounds great! =)
