It was our Christmas Party last night with all my roommates in the boarding house. We set the date yesterday because some of them are going home this friday to their respective hometown to spend the holidays. We went out to have dinner at Joven's Restaurant, it's an 'eat all you can' buffet and bottomless drinks. The ambiance of the place is good, and there are really lots of foods that you can choose from. I really love their chicken and fish fillet. We really had a great time talking while eating and one of the rules of the restaurant is that you should consume all the foods that you placed in your plate, or else you would pay an additional charge if you can't consume it all. The foods will just go to waste if you can’t consume it, that's why they set that rule. After that, we went on strolling and we passed by a Park, and it is where we decided to held our exchange gifts. The park was not so crowded. We formed a small circle in a small corner and we choose one person on the middle of the cirlce to first give her gift to the person she had picked for the exchange gift and the person she picked would be on the middle again and give the gift to the person she picked and so on. Of course we sang the song "I love my manita" which is a common song when we have an exchange gift in here, and it was fun. But it's an option if you want to sing it or not. After, one of my friend suggested going to karaoke bar (sing-along bar) for fun, but some of my roommates needs to study for exams and it was also getting late, so were hoping to do it next year. =)
