Taho is a soya-based Filipino dessert made of fresh soft tofu, arnibal (liquefied raw sugar) and soft sago (tapioca balls). This staple comfort food is readily available all over Philippines which is sold by “mangtataho” or taho vendor. It is considered a health food, high in protein, low in fat and definitely low cost.
