PALITAW

                Palitaw is a filipino desert that made of glutenous rice and customarily overnight in water

                and which is then processed into soft dough via grinding.Palitaw its a small, flat, sweet

                cake rice eaten in the Philipines we always cook palitaw during christmas and new years,

                cooking palitaw on new years  is considered good luck in our culture.
