Halo- halo is a Filipino dessert and can be a hit during summer because people at that time need to eat something cold because of the hot weather. Halo-halo is a mixture of fruits, nata de coco, peanut, beans and crash ice. There are special and regular halo-halo.Both of then have same ingredients except for special who usually have a scoop of ice cream on top.
This is buko pandan. It is so easy to make because you only need to mix all the ingredients together but first make a gelatin and then when it's cold or it's mold on the container get it and then slice it into cubes after that put the cream, condense milk and strips of buko and then it's done.
This is what you call Taho. It is very nutritious because it is made from Soya beans which is known for high protein content. You can find this anywhere in the Philippines specially early in the morning because it is being sold on the street by some vendors roaming around the area.
