They have a variety of rice dishes - tinapa rice, aligue (crab fat) rice, and loaded fried rice (very similar to yang chow fried rice, with Chinese sausage and crab). Their best-selling dish, however, is good old-fashioned dinuguan (bloody pork stew) with a twist: the pork is fried to a crisp before it gets smothered in blood sauce.
