Cebu Citys Parian area is not blessed with a charming reputation so you wouldnt really expect a restaurant café to nestle within the territory. However, the owners of Cafe Elysa De Parian took the challenge and opened a quaint dining facility within the very heart of Parian.
What is interesting about this restaurant is that they have a Standard Menu and they also have a Menu that changes every week. This is definitely something new in Cebu.
Cafe Elysas menu is an interesting mix of western and local cuisines. They also have a selection of wines that guests can choose from. For the western cuisines, they serve Italian, Balinese, Spanish, and American. The newest additions to their menu are Fettuccini with mushroom and cream pesto, fricasseed of chicken breast with Tarragon, and creamed Dory with anchovy lemon sauce.
