서른여섯번째 이벤트는 - 실내암벽등반!!!

참가비는 공짜~공짜~

필자식구들만의 특별한 이벤트 속으로

들어가시죠!!

이열치열.스포츠열전!!!

장소는 선플라워 옆

METRO SPORTS CENTER

였습니다-

헬스장부터 배드민턴 풋살

등등~

하루 이용도 가능하답니다..

ㅈ ㅏㅈ ㅏ-

모두 처음이니 어떻게 하는지 안전교육부터

시작해야겠죠?

살짝 먼저 안내해드리는 중입니다..

난이도는 총 다섯개

하얀색-노란색-빨강색-초록색-파란색

순으로 점점 어려워집니다

경사도 세고.

보시다시피 댱냔아닌 코스들이 생겨버립니다

ㅋㅋ

먼저 안전고리를 채울

벨트 착용하기!!

실내암벽등반은 2인 1조 입니다-

한명은 오르고 한명은 로프를 잡아줍니다

오르기전에는

그럼 보조하시는분은

등반 시작입니다..ㅎㅎ

맨 위에 오르고 나면

" 텐션~~~ "

이라고 외치면

보조해주시는분이 로프를 살살살 풀어드립니다-

아주 안전하죠?

살살 몸을 풀면서

점점 난이도를 높여가고 계십니다~

노마크!! ㅎㅎ

에릭은 하군과 함께 호흡을...

마지막 다섯번째 최고 높은 난이도를 도전하고 있는

베스트 셀라의 남자분..

탄성이.끼약-끼약- 나왔더랬습니다..

극과 극의 베스트 셀라..

남자분은 일뜽..

여자분은 일단계에서...

모두의 안내를 받아서..조금씩 조금씩 전진!!

ㅋㅋㅋ

그래도 끝내는 꼭대기 찍고 자랑스럽게 내려왔어요~

팔에 힘이 빠질대로 빠져가꼬는..

조금 쉬고 또 도전하고..

너무 무리하면...

바지내릴때 쓰는 근육이...
